Charlie's musical knowledge, chops, personality and professionalism have made him my absolute favorite musician to book (and watch) at The Anchors Bend / Beach Bar in Asbury Park. In a town full of people playing guitar and singing, he stands head and shoulders above the rest.  His ability to get people to look up from their beer, drag their husband on the dance floor or just smile and have a great time is something myself, our management, and staff still marvel at and we're glad to have him play our bars.
